HISTORY
Founded by Carl “Roland” Morgan, FilmLites is the culmination of nearly two decades of expertise in lighting and grip departments. With a career spanning creative roles across the industry and collaborations with leading organizations like Microsoft, Boeing, and the American Heart Association, Roland brings a clear perspective to every production. Now returning to his roots as a gaffer, he channels his passion for lighting, design and mobile filmmaking into FilmLites—a nimble, one-truck operation built to empower lean enterprise storytelling and small-scale productions.
